Do we have to replace our WMS?
Reckon3PL is being built for billing and reconciliation alongside warehouse systems. It is not a replacement for inventory or warehouse management. Supported systems and data access will be agreed before beta activation.
Can we evaluate a parallel billing period?
That is the intended approach: compare Reckon3PL invoice lines with your current process and investigate differences before changing billing workflows. Data sources, rate-card scope and success criteria will be agreed with each participating organisation.
Which integrations will be included?
The integrations page describes planned warehouse, carrier and accounting connections. Availability depends on the agreed beta scope; no listed connector is a promise of immediate access.
Will AI automatically change our rate cards?
The design requires human review of AI suggestions before they become rate-card changes. AI availability, processing location and configuration will be confirmed for the agreed scope.
Are the ROI calculator results guaranteed?
No. The calculator uses illustrative assumptions, not customer benchmarks. Outcomes depend on your contracts, source data and existing controls, and may be lower or zero. Its gross benefit estimate excludes subscription and implementation costs.
